Service is great. Food is good. Location is perfect!

The room we were given needs a renovation. It was dark and space could be used more efficiently.

Great breakfast with a wide variety. There are a variety of swim options, including swimming, kiddie pools, lap pools, and the beach. The room was extremely spacious with excellent air conditioning. There was also an excellent variety of restaurants. Lastly, we took the on site cooking class that was both fun and "tons" of food!One of the friends got sick and had to be hospitalized. Staff even visited her and brought food. She needed assistance to travel back, and they supported these logistics.

The water was a bit too warm but that's on the climate.

The overall aesthetics were good and the staff were courteous and helpful. The spa and lap pool area was very good.

The facilities are dated and in need of maintenance. The bathroom in our room had an explained leak and associated mold under the sink. The restaurant food was mediocre and expensive, except for the pizza.

The staff and service was excellent. The pool and other facilities were great. Although, a little outdated. Hence, a renovation is expected to commence. Lots of good choice restaurants within the resort and outside nearby area. Great choice of food at the buffet breakfast.Drinks and ice provided at the bar are safe for consumption. Fantastic landscape, nature and architecture.

Hard to say what I didn't like when everything was great. Perhaps, more beds at the pool are required as they get occupied very fast. The pool and rooms require a little renovation, as the management advised it will commence at the off season period. I will happily return to enjoy the renovated premises.

Quiet and beautiful location, plenty of food outlets, & nice pools.

Staff at the bar next to the lobby could have been more attentive. I needed to call them every time I wanted to order. Property of this magnitude should focus more on service levels.

The location is excellent. The Spa, pools and restaurants are all excellent.

The air-conditioning in the room was difficult to control. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate for ladies to do hair and makeup

Staff are overall pretty friendly & the Management are responsive to all of our request. They strive to make things right for you. For the price I pay, it is very decent for the value.

The Property is pretty old & some area show they needed up keep/maintenance. The food selection is mediocre, but decent.

Resort is big

Breakfast was very low quality 1 out of 10. There is no Indonesian food, no chicken or beef selection. Only vegetarian breakfast. So much egg stands. Value of breakfast is doesn't match.I recommend skipping breakfast selection only yes if you eat bread and eggs every day.Rooms are very old looks like living in the 1970. No elect plugs to charge your mobile phones. Need to unplug some lamps behind the tables.King bed actually two single beds connected :(Room value is way too expensive for its 2 star quality.

Amazing location beachfront, super friendly staff, great pool with a bar, decent size gym, good breakfast buffet.

Water pressure on the shower was pretty weak TV was really old Generally speaking, the hotel is getting a bit outdated, the rooms need an upgrade to look more modern

Feels like Disneyland- huge complex, chairs full of towels by 7am even though nobody is on the chairs or in the pool yet. The 3 restaurants were mediocre. Swarming with kids and loud adults.
